Former Solihull air cadet volunteers at Ghana school

Alex Edwards, former Cadet Warrant Officer at Solihull 492 Air Cadets, has just returned from Ghana where he spent 3 weeks volunteering at a school near Lake Volta.
He also visited nearby villages distributing food and aid.
20-year-old Alex said he found the whole experience very enjoyable and rewarding.
He is now back in Solihull and starts his new job as a cover teacher at Tudor Grange Academy today (5th September).
Alex also plans to return to the 492 Squadron as a staff member.
