House in Marston Green gutted by fire caused by cannabis grown in loft

A house in Marston Green has been gutted by a fire caused by cannabis being grown in the loft.
Three fire crews attended the blaze on Land Lane at 1:20am on Sunday morning (24th April).
West Midlands Fire Service said the neighbouring property also had to be evacuated.
WMFS added, no one was injured in the fire.
