Revolution Solihull to hold special event in aid of local children’s charity

Revolution Bar in Solihull is asking people to share the love by holding a special ‘Pay What You Feel’ day on Thursday 15th February at its venue on Station Road.

All proceeds will be going to Acorns Children’s Hospice supporting its work caring for life limited and life threatened children and their families.

Manager Alex Dow said “We’re so excited to be holding this event to raise funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice.

“They’re a fantastic local charity and we’re hoping lots of people come to support them.

“So if you want to beat the Valentine’s crowds come down and share the love, by grabbing a bite to eat and raising money for an amazing cause.”

The bar, which opened in November last year, replacing Jimmy Spice’s, will be offering customers full choice of its menu for the ‘Pay What You Feel’ day.

Joanne Danaher, Community Fundraising Officer for Acorns said “We’re thrilled that Revolution Solihull is supporting us. We rely heavily on the local community to continue our care so events like this are really vital.

“We can’t wait to see you there!”

Acorns provides a range of specialist palliative care to children with life limiting or life threatening conditions and support for their families.

In the past year Acorns has provided care to more than 870 children and over 1,090 families, including those who are bereaved.

The event will run from 11.30am to 9pm and 100% of food sales will be donated directly to Acorns. For table booking enquiries please call ‪0121 726 3882 ‬or email bookings-solihull@revolution-bars.co.uk
